What a special and memorable year at Welby Way! The 5th grade committee has been hard at work, planning special events and fundraisers for our 5th graders.

Special Events will include:

• Pali Adventures Camp- dates TBD
• 5^th Grade Kids Paint Night- Saturday November 4^th 5-7pm
• Community Projects
  ○ Community service projects for school beautification!
  ○ 5th graders will take an active role in a variety of projects
• Class Gift to the school & teachers
• Panorama Picture
• End of the Year Party
• Graduation

In order to make all of these happen and decrease the out-of-pocket parent expense, we have planned some 5th Grade “Fun”raisers!

• Discount Restaurant Cards
  ○ featuring an assortment of restaurants
  ○ $15 of each card sold will benefit your child directly
• 5^th Grade Haunted Maze at Trunk or Treat Event
• Chuck E Cheese Restaurant Night Fundraiser- January 29
• 5th Grade Snack Shack (twice a month)
  • Asking each child to donate one bulk sized package of snacks to be used for snack shack. Please await further communication as we rotate classrooms for donations.
• Glow Stick Sales at Movie Nights
• And MORE!
